Original Heidelberg Service Parts
Original Heidelberg Service Parts are made with the same high
precision you have come to expect from your Heidelberg equipment.
Optimized for Heidelberg machines, they achieve best-in-class
standards. As a result, they offer the same level of reliability
and value retention.
What is more, with each press, we provide Machine Components
Scout, - a multimedia CD-ROM with an intuitive search function that
makes it easy for you to identify the exact service parts you need.
To acquire Original Heidelberg Service Parts at the best
possible rates and at calculable, fixed costs for a year in
advance, ask your local Heidelberg Systemservice organization about

Among our most popular service parts:
Cutting Plates
Heidelberg cutting plates have an insignificant weight due to
the thickness of only one millimeter, which helps minimize the fine
dust on punched cardboard. All Heidelberg cutting plates are
configured for use with Heidelberg sheet punching devices,
guaranteeing optimal punching results, long lifespan as well as
flexibility and ease of use.
We offer two punching sheet metal qualities: Cutting Plate
Premium, and Cutting Plate Classic.
Cutting Plate Premium is the highest quality standards for
cutting plates. It offers the following advantages:
- Best measurement and planning stability provide shorter
adjustment and configuration times with metal sheet changes
- The work with optimized punching pressure increases the
lifespan of the sheet metal
- Working reliability and protection of machine parts
Cutting Plate Classic is suitable for all applications and
customer groups and has an attractive price advantage.
Grippers
We offer a large range of spare grippers for all press types
and models. Specifically designed for Heidelberg presses, our
grippers undergo high-precision machining and stringent quality
tests in series to ensure durability and register-accurate sheet
transfer.
To increase their retention force and performance, our
Original Heidelberg grippers are manufactured with special surfaces
and precise tolerances that distinguish them from conventional
grippers.
For a precision finish, we recommend having Original
Heidelberg grippers installed by a professional Heidelberg
Systemservice technician on your Heidelberg press's gripper rails.
Infrared Radiator Tubes
Infrared Radiator tubes (or IR tubes) are used in DryStar
units of the Speedmaster SM 52, SM/CD 74, SM/CD 102, and XL 105
machines. In order to ensure maximum longevity and durability, we
recommend the replacement of the IR tubes every 5,000 hours.
Every ink needs a special wavelength so as to be fluidized
and to infiltrate the paper before it hardens via oxidation. In
this regard, the production methods used for the Heidelberg IR
tubes will guarantee excellent results.
Our IR tubes use a special gold alloy that focuses the IR
light onto the paper, so your machine will not dangerously heat up.
They meet the highest quality standards, which means they are
without any bubbles and brush marks in the glass to avoid any risk
of fraction due to the machine vibrations. All used cables have
triple C standard, to prevent machine shutdown due to flash over.
Additionally, Heidelberg IR tubes use tantalum disks instead of
halogen to absorb the splitting of Wolfram parts. The result: Less
deposit on the glass (typical black color) and the tubes will last
much longer.
Suction Tapes
We offer a large variety of suction tapes for Speedmaster,
covering a broad range of applications.
Whatever the width or dimensions required, whether rough or
smooth surfaces are involved, we have the right suction tape for
every printing material, every production speed, and every type of
substrate.
Most Original Heidelberg suction tapes are manufactured using
polyurethane Celloflex - a highly flexible microcellular
polyurethane with damping characteristics particularly suited for
conveying fragile material. This makes them very flexible and
particularly resistant to wear. All the tapes share the same
consistently high sheet holding force which results in minimal
marking and the highest precision in the guidance of the printing
sheets - even at full press speed.
Stitching Heads
Our Original Heidelberg precision stitching heads for normal
and loop stitching are robust and easy to install, saving you time
and money.
Resulting from years of experience, our stitching heads use
extremely resilient materials to ensure the highest stability in
the production process and are extremely easy to adjust. They
include a number of industry-leading innovations such as a lateral
wire supplying system that eliminates wire jam; a clamping distance
of down to 45 millimeters for finer-tuning; and a manual override
option offering more flexibility for the cutting of wires.
Original Heidelberg stitching heads come with all
Stitchmaster ST 450 machines and are also available for sale
separately.
